Not sure, but I just have the feeling that they will both be released around the same time. We know they are building it already. I cant see it taking them 3 months to build a track these days with all their experience.
It would be criminal to have an F1 season without Spa
Strangely there are a huge amount of Italians that race netKar PRO. I bet the percentage of Italian drivers in nKPro is nearer to 15-20% of the community
It's so simple to have an evenings racing with your mates driving what you want, where you want.
Am I missing something?
How were you robbed? I must me missing something here as well.
No one forced you to spend £300. You must have been nuts to spend all that before you even knew if it was the sim for you and whether you'd be in for the long run or not.
My advice to anyone wishing to try it out is go with a 3 month sub initially. If after a few weeks you think it's your cup of tea then purchase the Mustang or Skippy depending on what sort of cars you like and get a couple of tracks for those series (remember, there's no need to buy all the tracks, you only have to do 8 weeks out of the 12 for a season) Don't rush to get up the licence levels. Pick a car and learn it well, get to know the system and just stick with that for your first 3 months.
After that you'll be in a much better position to know if it's the sim for you or not and whether the cost is worth it.
No one is holding a gun to your head forcing you to spend a load of cash. Apart from Sub fees iRacing can be as cheap or expensive as you chose it to be.
Great article. This passage summed my thoughts up exactly.
"Stupid people are thinking about an issue that doesn't need to be thought about and a YouGov survey says 67% of us want full-face veils outlawed. Just when I thought my estimation of humanity couldn't fall any further, I discover that two-thirds of my fellow countrymen are, or at least were for the duration of taking a survey, morons."
Aha, thanks for the info. I was never sure about this car. 11,000 just felt right for shifting, and still does, though I might try a little earlier now and see if I gain a few 10ths.
Of course they should be allowed to wear what ever the bloody hell they like.
I'm still waiting for the retards that voted NO to post in the thread with a good explanation of why they shouldn't.
(...and by good I don't mean the old "security" bullshit)
Are you a complete halfwit? (don't answer, I already know)
As he already said, it's not the money, it's the principal. Advertising prize races to get people in your session then not paying up, no matter how small the prize, is simply not on.
Holland should have had two players sent off in the first half, but the ref bottled it. That's not doing a good job. The two calls at the end were terrible to. The ref had a stinker, and as someone who sees a lot of Howard Webb it doesn't surprise me at all. Yes, both teams benefited, but you cant say he did a good job, he didnt.
Still, none the less the right team won. Not the team I wanted to win, but there's no doubt they deserved it.
Spain played the better football for sure, but that was a shit decision by the ref just before Spain scored. Holland should have had a free kick. 2 mins before that they had an obvious corner. Kind of soured the result for me.
Seeing Torres out injured again has ruined my night (as a Liverpool supporter)
Still, Spain probably deserved to win the cup on the tournament as a whole, but i'm left feeling a bit ..meh after all that.
Bring the subject up on the main iRacing forum. No need to name names, (it wont take much to work out who it was) Just get enough people talking about it and he may be shamed into paying up.
